SPECIAL TOPIC night -- Tonight's show will be a Discussion / Workshop on Emotional Abuse and Neglect, which is at the core of most major forms of abuse and neglect. It interferes with our abilities to build a strong sense of self/identity, disrupts our learning to emotionally regulate and soothe ourselves, creates a sense of mistrust in others, and interferes with our ability to perceive ourselves, our world, and others in a positive way. We will discuss what we can begin to do to recover from this persistent and systematic form of abuse and neglect. ..
