SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Solderman (PhD, MSW, MSHS), a NAASCA family member. In this series of monthly shows we'll specifically take a look at institutional abuse. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Mandated Court Appointed Evaluation" ~~ Tonight we'll take a look at the impact of mandated court appointed evaluation / treatment as a violation of human rights, and the crippling emotional and the impact on the growth and development of the child (children). Jill's special guest, Brook Altman, wrote the book on custody litigation. “Biology Is Irrelevant” is a land mark case for several reasons. It looks at behavior of the judge, the forensic evaluation of a psychologist, the denial of a second evaluation and multiple false allegations levied against the protective parent / biological mother. Blatant, factually, disprovable allegations have been accepted at face value, with no investigation or scrutiny from the onset of this case. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts and her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues. Every third Tuesday of the month, Jill will present special guests who'll explain the challenges they've experienced while fighting for their own rights, and /or for the rights of their children.
