SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Soderman, a NAASCA family member and Exec. Dir. of the Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Arizona Cruelty in the Family Court; the fight for life to prevent certain death" -- This is story of how the Court is demanding reunification in a situation of demonstrable, documented, acute danger. The FCVFC has presented many client sagas involving the transfer of children from the hands of 'Protective Parents' into the hands of an abuser. We have discussed the significant pathology of those who commit heinous crimes against children by seeking to bury their complaints by isolating them from those who would protect and not necessarily disclose secrets. There are some 'Predator Parents' who seek revenge for any form of lack of compliance from a spouse or child. The complicity of judges and other state actors in removing children has never been so transparent. This case, this client, mother and daughter, confront the tyranny of a personally abusive, judge whose deviant rulings, bias, interference with due process and access to law must be removed from this case and from the Arizona Court. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Many issues of child abuse involve dealing with the courts and law enforcement, foster care, child protection services, CASA and CAC organizations, etc. Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts and her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues.
