Tonight's special guests are Dale and Faith Ingraham, returning NAASCA family members from Addison, New York. Dale is a pastor who began his ministry in 1983. In 2020, Dale began to devote himself fully to the ministry of 'Speaking Truth in Love', a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry, along with his partner Faith, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and wife of nearly 40 years. He is a speaker, trainer, author, and strong advocate for victims and survivors of abuse. Working together they provide abuse prevention and response training to organizations, families, individuals, and churches. They create safe places for growing and healing at conferences and speaking engagements, with printed materials, private consultation, and life coaching. In his book, 'Speaking Truth in Love', Dale Ingraham addresses the topic of sexual abuse in a way that examines hard areas while maintaining sensitivity for those who fear that this issue is too difficult for them to examine. The memoir-like recounting of Dale and Faith's own journey to understanding is woven throughout the various chapters of the book, from Faith's first revelation to Dale that she had suffered incest at the hands of her pastor father, to Dale's excommunication of his father-in-law in the church that he himself pastored. Through the nonprofit, they express a desire that no one needs to experience being left without hope and healing or be damaged by physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual abuse. The dynamics of our mission is to provide quality resources and materials to empower, encourage, and equip the broken to heal. Simply put they help build healthy men, women, and children.
