Janelle Hatch is a Master Electrician who is the small business owner of QB Electric LLC and a  Power Plant Operator at JEA, a city-owned Municipality in Jacksonville, Florida. Janelle is a  graduate of an IBEW apprenticeship, a Federal recognized program and a graduate of Flagler  College with a Bachelors in Public Administration. Janelle has been an electrician for 20 years. Being a female and a minority in a male dominated field was the reason for the desire to start  QB Electric, to make it easier and more welcoming for the next generation.
