Marauder Radio 3: Communication Keys for Relationships
in Self Help
In-Flight Entertainment welcomes you to Marauder Radio starring Bob Zima, Frequent Flyer to Hell and Back. This podcast features Bob's quirky insights and lessons learned from having to reinvent, reboot and rebuild his life at least TWICE now…all due to the “Bullsh!t of Life.”
On today’s show, Bob discusses critical communication skillsets for couples and male individuals. He also discusses how self-esteem is intrinsic and influenced by your thinking not the impressions or evaluations of others.
Bob Zima is a middle-aged, over-educated, under-employed, over-weight, white-guy who believes that when he tries less his life has more success. He is healing every day from addiction, bankruptcy, plenty of bad relationships, dumb-ass career decisions, and the death of two of his children. He has also backpacked through Europe, talked with the Pope, played basketball with Michael Jordan, was selected as the clinical site supervisor of the year in Illinois, and has had his picture taken with the Stanley Cup
Bob is a licensed clinical professional counselor and improvisational comedy graduate of Chicago’s famed Player’s Workshop of the Second City. He makes healing and counseling fun, entertaining, and educational.
Marauder Radio, Pirate Radio for Male Mental Wellness is a roller-coaster ride of men’s mental health ideas, a treasure trove of inspirational rants from a guy’s perspective, and witty and satirical lampooning of the psychological industry ‘Merica. Bob’s HOOYA (Head Out Of Your Ass) humor therapy encourages all to engage in a cranium-rectum extraction and then get busy having fun and enjoying all that life has to offer.

The Power of Collaboration for Women
in Self Help
The Power of Connecting and Collaborating for Women
The power of collaboration for women episode with special guest, Becky Plautz, photographer and managing director of the Wausau chapter of Polkadot Powerhouse.
Becky joins Christie to explore collaboration and how it works, what it does and successful way to have connection with other women. We are taught so often to compete and compare ourselves to other women. What this does is go against our natural feminine desire to be in sisterhood. Collaboration operates on the abundance model, it allows each of us to have the light shine on us, to be promoted, without taking away from the other woman. Collaboration supports the dreams, desires and goals of one another.
Christie Bemis is a psychotherapist, a sex educator and relationship coach, an ignite your life mentor, and author. She co-founded and now owns and operates Hot Pink YOUniversity, solo. Healing Our Wounds, Stacie Smith is battling Multiple Sclerosis
in Self Help
Stacie Smith was born in Washington DC. Her parents are still married. She has 2 brothers and one sister. Stacie had a very good childhood until her family had a tragedy when she was in 5th grade that she cares not to expose at this time. Both of her parents were born in North Carolina, which her family traveled to regularly while my grandparents were alive. Stacie replied, "We took a lot of family trips. We took cruises. We fished on my father's boat. When I was in high school there was a lot of different changes of course. Then in 2010 tragedy struck again I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Prior to finding out the diagnosis they thought I had a stroke. My whole left side of my body had went numb. Both Malachi and I were in and out of the hospital. He was dealing with asthma problems and I was dealing with learning how to live with him and MS.I started a Facebook page to raise awareness and it not just for people with MS. I get to meet some great people. We teach each other new things and support one another. MS is a terrible disease but it's not a death sentence and you can still have a life after your diagnosis. It takes strength, faith, positive mind set and a great support system."
