Join us as we welcome our food guru, Caty Fitzgerald, back to the Cafe!  We'll be talking about Plant Power and how super foods can make so many wonderful gifts for our health and wellness.  We  will also be sharing the 9 Basics of Herbal Medicine. Herbs are beyond wonderful when we learn all the connective ways they assist us with our health and wellness.  Caty introduced me to a new favorite book of mine, The Body into Balance (herbal guide to holistic self-care) by Maria Noel Groves.  I thought I knew alot about herbs and their healing abilities until I started glancing over this book. WOW, it has changed my perspective and I'm looking forward to sharing some of the new insights with you.  So grab your favorite cup of herbal tea.  This is the beginnings of a wonderful new series we will be sharing at the cafe.  The Transformation Cafe...a yummy place to have your tea and health too.
