Join us as we begin our series on Our New Landscape.  The month of June will be packed filled of ideas and inspriations we can incorporated as we move forward in our work, home life, relationships and our communties.  In this episode we'll be talking about play.  Yes, Play :)   Research has shown the many benefits of play and how it can change our brains as we bring movement and interaction with others in a fun activity.  Positivity can help us perservere in times of uncertainty and having fun and staying positive are key to moving forward in new experiences.
