We are excited to have our food Guru back at the Cafe! Catie Fitzgerald hasn't been with us since Covid 19 closed us all down back in March. So we are looking forward to her insights and ways to feel better.  In this episode, we'll be chating about the different foods that assist us in creating more oxytocin, it's the stuff that helps you feel great when you are getting a hug!  The most fundamental of our five senses is touch, and as humans we are hardwired to the positive benefits touch can bring into our lives. We'll also be learning the benefits of the cat tails and how they assist us with hugs in ways we may never have even conceived was posssible in our Flower Power Wisdom with Robin.  Amy will be sharing a method of hugging that is easy and benefits your well being.  The Transformation Cafe...a nurturing place where a hug can speak louder than words.
