Join us as we look at the many ways we can create deeper wellness through the willingness to be intimate in the knowing of ourselves through a question. In this episode of Senstive is the New Strong by Anita Moorjani in our CafeBookClub, we will be exploring the Healing Sancutary in the second part of chapter 6, When The Body Rebels. The questions serve as tools in the sanctuary so we create a mental scale for ourselves in how our energy feels as we inquiry about many aspects of ourselves. An example is, Are you lonely? Are there people in your life whom you love, and who love you? What are your favorite foods? What foods do you eat but know they are unhealthy for you? The questions range from relationships, food habits, everyday activities, vacations, music... I found it interesting how it can trigger so many different aspects of ourselves. It also offers an evaluation to help you reveal what can lift you energy, drain your energy and ultimately give you that intimate awareness of yourself you many never have even considered before.
