Barack Obama thinks voting should be mandatory for Americans, though I'll take the liberty to say that he also means "non-Americans (i.e. illegal immigrants).
Yeah, I know, "people died, to protect our [black people's] right to vote, so this should be pretty academic.
BUT, since when does a right become a requirement?
