Bridgewater, NJ – In organizations, research shows that 70 percent of change initiatives fail. But not on Carol Kelly’s watch!

Carol Kelly is an organization development consultant, certified executive coach, and keynote speaker who specializes in change and transition. For three decades, she has helped individuals, teams and organizations successfully navigate the people side of change and achieve results they never thought possible.

Kelly says navigating change is about three "R"s: resistance, resilience and resurgence. 

"Change can be the beauty or the beast, a threat or an opportunity," says Kelly. "It depends upon the lens that you’re looking through.  Unlike many consultants and coaches, I get to the ‘root cause’ of my clients’ problems and empower them to embrace change and leverage it for all it's worth.” 

Kelly says the key to leveraging change is through masterful leadership. Employees are often promoted into executive positions based on their skills.  But what got them where they are won’t get them to the next level.

“Whether I am consulting, coaching or speaking, my ultimate goal is to make my clients ‘masterful leaders,'" says Kelly. “In these challenging times, leaders need to be not just good or great, but masterful. I am passionate about developing masterful leaders.
