Although she gained a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and experience, she felt out of touch with her true life's purpose and incessantly struggled with imposter syndrome. Determined to find her way, she attended Berkeley School of Business and when she took a course called High Impact Leadership it was a complete game changer. Not only did it shift her leadership style it helped her rediscover her own self-worth and it dawned on her that she was meant to become an Executive Coach to work with others to be the best version of themselves for true success. Alison's particular passion is in developing and advancing women as leaders.
