Fort Worth, TX – Carolyn Rubin is an Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team and certified to coach, train, teach, speak and facilitate individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth. A healthcare consultant for 25 years, today Rubin continues to add value to individuals to take them to the next level.

“I’ve been a consultant for 25 years, I wanted to grow my career and provide additional value to people,” recalls Rubin. “I wanted to go to another level, so I was looking for professional and personal growth for myself. When I found John Maxwell and started reading his books and attending the John Maxwell University there was no doubt in my mind that I wanted to become certified with The John C. Maxwell Certification Program and be a part of The John Maxwell Team.

As an Executive Director certified with The John Maxwell Team, Rubin can embed herself within organizations to provide leadership and professional development programs.

“People want to grow and excel in their career, regardless of their current role there are leadership programs or professional development programs that will put them on that succession path,” says Rubin. “One of my goals would be to have a conversation and say let’s provide training and give people the tools they need to succeed as leaders, let’s make them a success.”

“For me there’s nothing better than to know I had a little bit to do with someone’s success,” says Rubin. “For me that’s just the best feeling ever.”
