How does Getting Stronger relate to Diet & Fitness?

Doesn't dieting make you weaker? Does it have to?

How about mentally, spiritually and emotionally: weaker or stronger?

I visited a Dentist's Office and saw a plaque that said: "Diet is do die with a "t"."

Diet --> life style change

Bodybuilders, Athletes.. (story about Mike Ashley, Bodybuilder, September 11, 1993, in Atlanta, GA)

General Rules for body fat:

Men daily life: +25% obese, 18-15% acceptable, 14-17% fit, 6-13% athletic, <2-5% essential fat levels

Male athletes: 3-5% (Am I expected to hold this level for competition? Extremely lean: 6-9%, Lean: 10-15%, Average: 16-20%, Poor: 20-25%, Very Poor: 25%

Women daily life: +31% obese, 25-31% acceptable, 21-24% fit, 14-20% athletic, <13% essential fat levels

Women athletes: models, bodybuilders: 8-11% << Oh, really? Extremely lean: 12-15%, Lean: 16-19%, Average: 20-25%. {ppr" 25-29%, Very poor: 30%

Before starting a strict regimen in sports, nutrition, etc., go talk to your Dr. to make sure you are fit to do so.
