This is wk 4 of the full circle: E. S. P. and M health and balance.
Everthing we do belongs to one of the 4 quarters of the pie. The challenge we have is to make sure that the pie is evenly divided into four, so all slices are the same to be balanced. This means that we need to pay attention to where we have some short comings and balance those to even out. Some areas are easier to balance than others, which is amazing, as it allows us to learn to balance ourselves to the fullest. Sometimes we can use the same method to balance more than one slice of the pie.
ex. music is great for soothing, math, language/communication, energy, healing
exercise: benefits are strong, healthy, happy, balanced
nutrition: improves mental health
hydration: same
As you can see, the four slices always belong together and form a complete circle.
A balanced mind helps you make better decisions, faster and smarter decisions...
Medication is not always the solution. Sometimes it's better without!
