How does stress affect your business?
When you are stressed out, work and behavior show it. The work is not up to par or to its best, and the behavior is not accepting positive criticism. In some cases this can lead to dismissal or being fired from the job, which causes more stress as there is no money to pay the bills, put a roof over the head, clothes on the body, and food on the table.
Signs of stress:
lack of focus
nervousness
feeling sick
pulling back into solitude
getting ill
lack of performance
getting fired
stress causes more stress
Tips on how to avoid being affected by stress:
- regular brakes
- breathing exercises
- hydration
- plenty of sleep
- relaxation
- communication avoids miscommunication
- be open, honest and ASK
