The more I listen to people talk, the more I hear that they are stressed. What is going on with everyone to stress about everything?
As you know, I have been there too and am learning to de-stress daily, as I have witnessed with my own body, mind and soul that stress is not good for me. You know that I am writing a book about reducing stress and increasing health, and that this subject is one of my most passionate subjects. The more I learn, the more I want to share with you so you will not have to experience what I have.
What is stress? It's a byproduct of a busy, dedicated lifestyle. It's a part of life for all of us in today's world. Left unchecked, stress can contribute to inflammation. (my story in 2016)
