Activity Thermogenesis Is Your Daily Energy Burn. It has to do with your Physical Activity Level and how much Energy you Expend. It is the process by which the body generates heat, or energy, as it moves. From getting up in the morning to going to bed at night, every movement you make requires energy. This demonstrates that the more we move, the more energy we create, the more we burn fat.
