What is Happiness? (The state or quality of being content; pleasure; felicity; aptness [Webster's Dictionary])
Who is in charge of us being happy?
Do we have a choice to be happy?
Why do we want to be happy?
What are the benefits of being happy? Joyful, peaceful, energized, healthy, pleased, thankful, grateful
What are the deficits of being unhappy? Sick, cranky, hurting, unthankful, low tolerance
ex. sick person, unhappy, does not want to eat, cannot digest the food, headache, migraine, vomiting, etc. vs a happy person, none of those symptoms.

What are things you can choose to do, believe, to be happy?

What all is involved in being happy?
