Ask yourself: "What if _____, then what_____? How did I or would I have felt UNTIL...... ?
This sentence has helped me so much already to make an educated decision, getting things done, feeling freed up in my mind, as I no longer had to worry or think about what needed to get done, when, why, where.....?
What have I learned from the What if - then what - until?
I use my calendar and schedule everything with reminders, so it helps me keep on track from waking up until bedtime. My mind is not stressing out when I follow the plan and take the actions, as I am always on target. However....
