Food Intake:
Why? Nourish our body, give us strength physically and emotionally
What? Healthy food, not just health food. Difference.
How do I know whether it's healthy or health food?
Balance of carbohydrates and proteins
Drink water, a minimum of half your weight in onces or more: ex. you weigh 130 lbs --> drink 65 oz minimum of water a day. You may go up to 100 oz or more if you choose to, but the 65 oz is the minimum you need to drink. Start immediately when waking up with 8 - 20 oz just after sitting up in bed. Then drink a glass every 1 or 2 when you are up!
Avoid fatty foods, fried foods... some fat is needed daily
