For myself, I am preparing to be in the best health ever, best weight ever, best mindset ever, so I can start 2018 on a high note and keep it there or raise the bar some more!
Just over the last 2 months I found out that several of my friends and family have health issues, one family member lost the house in the fire, one friend was taken to the hospital last night, etc.
I am thankful that I am filled with gratitude, health, have everything I need (not want) and that I have ample reasons to be happy.
Have mentioned this in a previous show that hatred, unhappiness, all these negative feelings cause illness, disease (dis-ease), yet positive thoughts, happiness, mental stability keep us healthy.
The choice is ours. What do we want? I want to be an example of a happy, healthy, positive person, so others want what I have.
