Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, Speaker and Author.
Tis the season for stress with taxes due April 17 and inclement weather making us feel not so good, not so energized, but rather depressed, lethargic, slower in reaction and slower in getting things done.
Does it have to be that way?
No, a lot is related to our attitude. The more active we are, the less bad weather affects us, the easier we can chanel our energy towards something useful and even see something positive in what others micht see negative.
Taxes: Still need help in preparing them and you live in the viscinity of Santa Fe Springs, my CPA gave me permission to give you his info:
Anthony Sykes Accounting, 562-864-2341 or asykes@sykesaccounting.com call or write
for an appointment and give my name as the referral person, so he will take you.
Taxes: stress, do I have to pay or will I get money back?
Weather:

So, how do Taxes and Inclement Weather relate to healthy body, healthy mind and healthy finances?
Just looking at the statistics we get a clearer picture. What can we do about it?
As a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I can help you. Also, my book: "Your Amazing Itty Bitty Stress Reduction Book, 15 steps to reduce stress and increase health" should be coming out soon.
