How many of us have family and friends whith memory problems? Does it matter how they got there or is it more important to see what can be done to improve their memory again?
Science found that football, aggressive sports, nasty falls, epilepsy and accidents, can cause memory loss, but it can also be a natural progression with age. Is there anything we can do to prevent this memory robber?
Memory Problems do NOT always mean Alzheimer's Disease.

2. Healthy Nutrition: Leafy Green Veggies, Salmon & other cold-water fish, Berries and dark-skinned fruits, Coffee and chocolate, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cold-pressed virigin Coconut oil.

7. Stay Mentally Active
