Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now with Denise Thomson, Certified Transformational Health Coach, Nurse, Fitness Trainer, Educator, BTR host and Best Selling Author.

In 2 days is already July 4th. We have started the second half of 2020. Despite the Pandemic, the days are going by quite fast and the months are starting and ending before we even realize it.

Some Dos and Don'ts for this Independence Day, which is a fedaral holiday in the United States commemorating the Declaration of Independence.

Usually the city lights up Fireworks, there are family reunions, concerts, barbecues, picnics, parades, baseball games.... Not this year.

Significance: The day in 1776 that the Declaration of Independence was adopted by the Continental Congress. It's celebrated annually.

Did you know that the Liberty Bell had nothing to do with July 4th?

Declaration of Independence will be read on Saturday, July 4th, 2020 at 10:00 AM on [Austin] (https://us04web.zoo.us/j/79318479432  Meeting ID: 793 1847 9432   Password: July4th

Lots of places, offices, public areas closed due to Covid-19. Please be safe and obey the laws to keep yourself and others safe. Don't spread the virus. Be considerate, respectful, and honor one another. What if you got your most beloved one infected? Then what? How would you feel if someone else got you sick? Don't live in fear, just live with consideration.
