Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. Todays episode talks about Why We Need to Eat Every 3 Hours. Learn the value and benefits of eating every three hours. My name is Denise Thomson, a Certified Transformational Health and Wellness Coach, Best selling Author, BTR host, Educator, former nurse and fitness trainer.

Benefits: not hungry, balanced blood sugar, not overeating, eating fewer calories than people who eat 3 - 4 times a day. Just eating 6 x / day is not yet creating a healthy habit; however, when using the Habits of Healthy Eating System along with eating more frequently you have  proven system for long-term weight management.

Avoiding breakfast gets you off to a unhealthy start, as waiting too long to eat causes overeating or unhealthy snacking, just to curb the hunger, yet creating an addiction to sugars or carbs, --- catch 22.
