Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. Today, I am asking a question that might sound a bit crazy, yet, it's real life experience. What Serves You Better Vandalism or Kindness? Why this topic? How does it relate to getting healthy with a healthy body, mind and finances?
My name is Denise Thomson. I am a certified transformational health coach, best selling author, BTR host, educator, former nurse and fitness trainer.
The last 8 months have been tough on so many people: getting sick, dying, recovering, loosing their job, unemployment running out, children at home to be schooled (something most parents had not signed up for), and the wearing a mask, 6 ft physical distancing, etc. have made things even tougher.
How has this pandemic affected people with their physical, mental and financial health? We have now increased: obesity, depression, more dis-ease, people are stressed out about the Holidays, gatherings, etc.
How have many acted and reacted? People hurting people, physically, shooting, fighting, damaging property, vandalism, YET so many have turned around a new leaf with Paying it forward with kindness.
Which one is healthier for you?
How do I lead by example?
Let's think about how we can take charge of our own health in every aspect and make others happy: phone call, card, letter, email, social media, zoom call, skype, putting a prepared plate at the door..
Do something good, reduce stress. The happier you are the healthier you are!
What will you do to make a difference in someone's life?
Act of Kindness, not $$ signs?
Send me the info for my GIFT: Free Health Goal Assessment and my Stress Reduction Book on Kindle from Amazon. Let me know you want it and we'll make arrangements.
