Good morning and welcome to today's show. It's the day before Christmas, so I thought I would read you a story from the Seven Stories of Christmas Love by Leo Buscaglia. I chose that story, because it does speak about healthy body, healthy mind and healthy finances in one way or another. I am sure that by now you know that I always talk about the Trilogy (body, mind, finances) to be at it's best and to be complete for excellent health.

Leo Buscaglia: Bio

First sentence: "We have finally mastered the meaning of Christmas when Christmas becomes a way of life."

Our Christmas celebrations are different this year compared to previous years, yet... there is so much to be grateful for, to treasure, to appreciate. If you haven't thought of it already, you'll hear it in the story.

I am Denise Thomson, certified transformational health & wellness coach, BTR host, best selling author and former nurse, fitness trainer and educator. This story really resonates with me and I hope you'll enjoy it very much.
