Good morning to Get Healthy Now. With life the way it is these days, so many people love to play the blame game.

Who's to blame that we are in a Pandemic? Who's to blame for: my lack of health, lack of skills, no money, .....

Did the person, the people we blame do the best they knew how?

Looking back, what did we learn from this question layering it back like an onion?

I blamed people for so much during my many years of life. Today, I can honestly say, they did and said what they thought or knew was best at the time.

Why do I choose to talk about this and why am I qualified to do so?

I'm Denise Thomson and I love guiding people towards their optimal health, helping them transform pour habits to healthy ones. I have been involved in the medical field for the last 57 years and have learned so much about healthy body, mind and how that affects the finances. I worked in many different fields where I studied the subjects, learned them by practicing, life experience, ...

Our mind can create health or cause illness, the blame game is part of this.

What do we get to learn:

Story: Parents said: boys are better than girls, etc.  -  you can't do this, you're not smart enough, not good enough..

Q: Have you ever in your adult life thought you should be further along?

We make decisions for 2 reasons: move away from pain  - move towards pleasure.

What stopped me to be at my best? Why did I listen to my parents? Where am I now and where am I going?

What changes do you commit to make in 2021?

Blame, Forgive, Thank.
