Good morning and wecome to Get Healthy Now. 

Rewriting our story: Why, How, Benefit, Changing the way we look at it or tell it? Is this the truth or my truth or perception?

Why is it so important that we change our story? Let me give you a personal example to demonstrate the Why, How, and highlight the Benefits, but first, let me share with you who I am. My name is Denise Thomson and I have the honor to guide my clients to their optimal health: Body, Mind, Finances. In order to do a great job, I get to lead by example, which means, I need to go through my personal transformation in changing my story.

Rewriting our story has been huge over the last few years and many mentors talk about it. 

Negative influences can be let go. Positive ones can be created.

When we hear something over and over again, we start believing it, no matter what. So, let's question it and change it what we think and believe to set us free and empower us to become the best version of ourselves.

Joe Stump created the 7 Levels Deep Exercise which I did a couple of times by myself, yet, did not get the clarity I was hoping for. The third time I asked a person in my course to do it with me and not spare any questions. The results were amazing. I was able to release the shackles that kept me stuck. Now I can move on.

It all starts with Mindset. Once we have that under control, we can more easily work on our body and other areas.
