Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. Today I want to share about Mother's day and point out a few things on how we all can have a healthy mind, body and finances.
As a mother myself, and having been a grandma figure and aunt to many, working with people daily guiding them to optimal health, in mind, body and finances, I feel qualified sharing some ideas with you that hopefully make your Mother's Day a more pleasant and fulfilled one.
Who is a mother? A woman in relation to her child or children. A woman who brings up a child with care and affection. A woman who gives birth to a child. A mother is the female parent of a child. Mothers are women who inhabit or perform the role of bearing some relation to their children,, who may or may not be their biological offspring.
How will you honor, celebrate, love your mom on May 9, 2021? Visit, phone call, skype, zoom, letter, flowers, outing, quality time together, sharing a meal, indoors, outside, Restaurant

A Mother Just Like You: I just want to let you know, You mean the world to me. Only a heart as dear as yours would give so unselfishly.
The many things you've done, all the times that you were there, Hel me know deep down inside How much you really care.
Even though I might not say I appreciate all you do, Richly blessed is how I feel, Having a mother just like you.
Mom always prefers personal attention, or something home made, though this year, I will call her and give her of my personal time.
You can write your own poem, compose a song, draw a picture, make a memory album, go for a walk, sing a song, recite a poem, hand craft a card or a little box or something
