Good morning and welcome to today's Get Healthy Now episode.

For decades I have listened and obeyed to what others said, as that was the way I was raised. The more I am growing in mindset, the more I realize that this came with many limiting beliefs from my past and my parents's past, yet has absolutely nothing to do with today. With many years of studying now, growing and learning, I know I am qualified to talk about it, as I have way more hours of experience than I can count. My name is Denise Thomson, and today I am sharing from my heart and with an article written Nov. 25, 2020 by alphawiser.

What others think of you is none of your business:

Be independent and self - sufficient

Detach yourself from others opinions

Keep surrounding yourself with positivity.

7 Laws of Peaceful Living:

1. Make peace with your past so it doesn't spoil your present.

2. What others think of you is none of your business.

3. Time healst almost everything.

4. No one is responsible for your happiness except you.

5. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

6. Stop overthinking. It's okay to not know all the answers.

7. Smile. You don't own all the problems in the world.

How does this relate to getting healthy? Healthy, positive mindset creates health; negative mindset causes illness.Doing what we are called to do, are passionate about and get to help others live a better life is what makes us stand out, take uncomfortable actions and lead by example. No holding back, living out loud to reach more people and help them in ways only YOU can with YOUR experience
