Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now. Lately I have been challenged quite often with schedule changes I have no control over, or do I? I have my repeat appointments with clients, course work, etc. on my white board and know that I am taken on those days and times, just like my Blogtalkradio show that has been slated for Thursdays at 11 am PDT. Well, I just found out yesterday that today I'll have an hour of course work in preparation for the World Summit with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi at the exact time I usually host my Blogtalkradio show. So, why do I choose to talk about this? What makes me the expert on that subject?

My name is Denise Thomson and I've been sticking to my schedule, daily, weekly, monthly for a few years now, learning on when to be flexible, when to skip an appointment, when to replace it with another day or time, and choose the decision that serves me best. I love it when I have a day or two notice of these changes, as then, I can figure out what I want to do, what serves my audience, clients and myself more and opt for that option. I am blessed to have Tony and Dean as my mentors, and am learning to be more flexible while still keeping sturcture. So, I have decided that I want to serve my audience and share these thoughts rather than skip the BTR episode slated for today.

Interestingly enough, I always feel more empowered after I have found a serving solution, rather than throwing in the towel. Isn't this the truth in our lives that things happen and we need or get to adapt, grow from and through and come out better at the other end?

Are you structured so that you have flexibility to serve others and yourself?
