Good morning and welcome to Get Healthy Now.

Today is short and sweet, but from the bottom of my heart.

As you probably know from previous episodes, I've been involved or exposed to the medical field for the last 50+ years. Yes, I started very young, as I had an aunt who was a head nurse in a private small hospital. I got to spend my summers with her, helping out doing little things, interacting with patients who were loving a young person bringing them water, taking care of the flowers, talking with them for a while, etc. It made all of us feel good. Became a nurse, fitness trainer, educator, best selling author with a stress reduction book, and now work as a certified transformaional health and wellness coach/guide. All the things I've ever done in life have/had to do with caring for or about people, that's my passion!
