Today I chose to speak about: Understanding Your Current Level Of Stress Which Is The First Step In Taking Control. My name is Denise Thomson. I have over 50 years of experience in the medical field, having worked there or having been exposed to it, am a best selling author with a Stress Reduction book, and love guiding my clients to their optimal health which includes body, mind and finances.
