Tonight's special guest will be Jennie Delreeve from Wales, UK. She helps women around the globe who have experienced trauma from sexual abuse and are challenged with pelvic organ prolapse and urinary stress incontinence. "I have been a holistic health practitioner, life coach and law of attraction mentor for 16 years," she says. "I was abused several times by family members and various teenage boys between the ages of 3 and 8." She explains, "I spent my childhood in a really fearful and anxious state, sleeping with rows of toys all around my bed at night to protect me, constantly wetting the bed and feeling really alone. "I always had the memory of looking in my underwear and seeing blood as a child." Jennie goes on, "This led to me creating a strong emotional pattern of vulnerability and insecurity." At 15, she became anorexic and bulimic, highly anxious, and felt incredibly insecure about everything. "I desperately wanted to feel good and sought out validation from others to feel better. I took drugs and used marijuana but nothing filled that empty void inside of me. I was suicidal at times. I had a pattern of self-hatred and extreme people-pleasing." In her early thirties, Jennie qualified as a holistic health practitioner in California. "I was introduced to the concept of our thoughts and emotions creating physical issues in the body. It was then that I recovered my memories using meditation AND visualization techniques." She continues, "I suffered from a pelvic organ prolapse and was told I'd never heal it but via working on my emotional patterns I fully healed it without surgery and now help other women who have been abused to do the same."
