Tonight the special guest is Yvonne Prosser Crist from Canton, Georgia, who offered last minute to jump on the show as a substitute for someone else. We're glad she did! Yvonne is a child abuse survivor, an activist, and a horse therapist who specializes as a certified Equine Gestalt practitioner, who works with Evie Rose, Gestaltist, at Voices from the Scars. They bring horses together with trauma victims who are still suffering. There's no requirement to have ever ridden a horse at all. After working with several amazing practitioners and various modalities herself, to help heal from her own trauma, Yvonne found her authentic voice. She is now very passionate about empowering individuals who have experienced sexual abuse, to heal from their scars, and then find their voice to live a happy and healthy life moving forward. Her mission is to inspire others to transform their own life by breaking the emotional chains that hold them back. Tonight's show included a fascinating video, a testimonial featuring a client who had just finished a Equine Gestalt session with a horse. Her experience was amazing! ~~ On these episodes we welcome various co-hosts, survivor-professionals who'll assist in fielding questions and lead a variety of topics suggested by our call-in participants.
