Tonight is Q & A call-in discussion with a survivor professional, using an OPEN MIKE forum. We'll feature a survivor-professional co-host who'll field topics brought to the episode by you, the listener. ~~ Tonight the survivor /co-host is AmyAnna Soto from California. She's a powerful, healing helper. Her kind, gentleness makes being guided by her feel so rich and rewarding. Along with being a wonderful SMGI® Guide, she’s an accomplished artist, poet, and public speaker. Her passion for SMGI® stems from its transformative impact on her own life journey. From a state of selective mutism with full symptoms of PTSD, she transitioned into an artist, poet, group organizer, and then public speaker. Today, as an SMGI® practitioner, she's committed to guiding others through life-changing transformations. She found SMGI® when looking for relief from PTSD nightmares that left her in a constant state of stress and vulnerability. Through SMGI®, she regained functionality, regulated her nervous system, and cultivated a sense of safety in her body and life. This enabled her to pursue her aspiration of aiding others in their healing journeys. She has over a decade of dedicated service in mental health and trauma advocacy. She organizes writing and arts and crafts groups which has revealed the profound healing potential beyond traditional talk therapy or words alone. As a former Certified Nursing Assistant, she witnessed firsthand the resilience of the human spirit and the profound impact of kindness and compassion, especially in moments of great adversity. Inner strength, courage, compassion, and authenticity are hallmarks of her work and her presence. You can reach on Facebook at AmyAnna Soto and anna.rising at gmail.com.
