1. Astaghfirullah literally translates to "I seek forgiveness in Allah". ... That is to say that Allah is the greater or that goodness comes from Allah. 2. Jazakallah (Arabic: جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ‎, jazāka -llāh) or Jazāk Allāhu Khayran (جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا‎, jazāka -llāhu khayran) is a term used as an Islamic expression of gratitude meaning "May God reward you [with] goodness." 3. Mashallah (Arabic: مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ‎, mā shāʾ -llāhu), also spelled mashaAllah or ma sha Allah, is an Arabic phrase that means "what God ( allah) has willed" and is used to express appreciation, joy, praise, or thankfulness for an event or person that was just mentioned.
