LIME Painting Franchise Opportunity Meets with Franchise Interviews

    in Entrepreneur

We are meeting with Nick Lopez, the founder of LIME Painting. After discovering his passion for home improvement while owning his first painting LLC, Nick Lopez founded LIME Painting in 2013 to set the standard of excellence in painting high-end residential and commercial properties. Five years later, he put his perfected business model to the test and began franchising to provide high-quality interior and exterior painting, coating, and other restoration services to maintain the aesthetic and integrity of luxury properties across the country.
    Every Business Has A Story
Nick Lopez founded his first painting LLC at the age of 19 to help pay for his college tuition and textbooks. A company he started out of necessity quickly blossomed into a passion for home improvement. Nick will discuss how Michael Gerber's book "The E-Myth Revisited" had a significant impact on his life.  Find out what happened next by listening to the podcast.
We play a clip from the great Michael Gerber from our Great Quotes in Franchising podcast in Part Two.

    Steven Manning Pillars of Success

    in Business

Adopt Steven Manning's PILLARS OF SUCCESS and forge ahead courageously and mightily.
From humble beginnings to a stellar career in the early days of direct marketing and the Internet, Steve is known to proudly break protocol and challenge best practices to his advantage and accomplishments.
Some people collect stamps, memorabilia, music, dolls, Zippo lighters, bottle caps, stamps, Happy Meals toys, rocks, bad habits … Steven Manning collects people and stories. Steve asserts to lead a preposterously fulfilling life. That tends to happen to people who will try and fail to read everything in print and online, talk to anybody about anything, anywhere, anytime. And then try to live all of that. His “Life Is Not A Dress Rehearsal” and “A Life Without Passion Is A Life Not Worth Living” philosophies are on his omnipresent imaginary teleprompter.
$47 Billion Man Is a Professional Provocateur
Success defies a universal definition. It is a complex paradigm. It is always defined both qualitatively and quantitatively. It is unique to individuals, people, groups of people, and populations. Regrettably, success or lack of it is often dictated by necessity rather than choice. On a macro basis, definitions of success differ widely, based on a variety of factors: societal, station, and chronology in life, ethnicities, economics, geopolitical, and more. Steven says that his definition of success is having options in life. Being able to seek and find satisfaction in life in ways that he wants to and is able to pursue, and not at the expense of others.
