In any relationship where betrayal occurs through acting out in any harmful manner, the partners’ breakage leaves them in unbearable distress and fear for an unknown future. Defense mechanisms further create distance when trauma triggers negatively influence the reactions of both parties in the relationship. The acting out partner uses maladaptive coping skills to relieve distressing feelings learned in childhood. The betrayed partner loses trust and suffers a multitude of painful emotions. Further acting out and boundary violating behavior of the addict compounds distrust, fueling distance from the betrayed spouse. IF there is any chance for spouses; this I where CSAT and ASAT therapists enter the picture.

Did you know that living your most fulfilling life can be achieved, simply by learning to depend on your conscience?
Today's special guest Leonard Perlmutter also known as Ram Lev is here to explain how to reap instant benefits from employing your conscience in every decision you make, using simple, practical methods to infuse your life with more happiness, love, or creativity.
Leonard believes that looking outside yourself for happiness is a useless pursuit; that you can receive all the guidance you need by trusting your conscience where you can find the wisdom needed to guide you through the trials in your life. He discusses that and so much more in his new book,Your Conscience: The Key to Unlock Limitless Wisdom and Creativity and Solve All of Life's Challenges, which is a simple, logical introduction to how your mind works.
Leonard is the founder and director of The American Meditation Institute in Averill Park, New York, and the originator of National Conscience Month. He studied under Swami Rama of the Himalayas whose lab studies at the Menninger Institute demonstrated that blood pressure, heart rate and the autonomic nervous system can be voluntarily controlled. These findings have become a cornerstone of the modern mind/body movement.

In her new book, Next Chance You, Wagner offers a roadmap to move forward from where readers currently are in life. “We are all a product of our experiences, but none of us are stuck. We sometimes lack the courage or knowledge to move forward and create different,” Wagner says. “I want to inspire and equip people to believe in who they are and start from where they are to evolve, create and believe in something better. The starting line may be different for each of us, but none of us are operating on our 'last chance.' There is hope! We will have a 'next chance' and I want to equip the readers with the mindset to see it, believe in it and go for it.”
Using practical strategies and empowering examples from her own life and those she has counseled, Wagner will show readers how to build positive daily habits, overcome obstacles, and develop a growth mindset. Included at the end of most chapters are Sharpen Up! activities to allow readers the opportunity to self-reflect and apply ideas from each chapter.

Chesapeake, VA – Tim Melone is a certified coach through iPEC and the founder of Your Life's Direction, where he inspires and supports his clients to achieve their goals and unlock their highest potential.
Tim is committed to partnering with leaders looking to have a positive and sustaining impact. He empowers his clients to prioritize personal growth, not only in their business endeavors, but in every area of their lives.
“It's really important for people to tap into their own energy leadership to help them be that better version of themselves,” says Tim.
Prior to launching Your Life’s Direction, Tim spent over 30 years in Human Resources management and leadership in public, municipal and education, and non-profit environments. Tim combines his experience and appreciation for individuality to provide guidance on his client’s journey.
A man of faith, Tim says he believes divine intervention guided him to be a life coach. “Looking back at my life, I value and appreciate the interactions I had with a diversity of people. I learned that while people are more the same than they are different, they are also unique individuals, who are worth investing in.
“When you become a life coach, you need to exercise a different side of your brain,” says Tim. As a result, his job as a life coach is not to tell anybody what to do, but rather help them discover for themselves what they want and how to get there. Tim helps his clients uncover their beliefs about themselves and their way of life. These beliefs govern how we behave and determine our satisfaction, fulfillment and ability to thrive into the future.
